Must see designer stores in Hyderabad

Hello again beautiful ladies. Here is my review on a few designer boutiques of Hyderabad. These stores give you access to individual designers and independent labels..let’s start with the oldest of them all:

ELAHE

It started in the year 2000 and stocks the most sought after designers like Anamika Khanna, Sabyasachi ,Manish Malhotra , Shantanu Goenka, Pankaj and Nidhi, Anand Kabra, Nidhi Tholia, Anju Modi, Jade etc in the Indian ensemble segment and Rajesh Pratap, Pero, Rahul + Rohit, Namrata Joshipura, Abraham Thakore, Divyam Mehta , Rahul Mishra, Dev R Nil etc in the western wear segment. The boutique gives a warm feeling from the moment you enter to the trials, the entire experience is pleasurable.

The starting range for western tops and tunics is Rs 7000 and for full suits, anarkalis etc is Rs 14000 and so on. They also stock a wide variety of saris, lehengas and footwear along with silver jewellery from Amrapali.

ANGASUTRA

This store is a must visit for the brides to be, complete trousseau shopping can be done here. It stocks Abu Sandeep, Rohit Bal, Manish Malhotra, J J Valaya, Neeta Lulla, Varun Bahl, all mavericks in this line. From time to time, this newly opened store has promotions with the designers themselves being present for a personal interaction and understanding of the would-be bride’s preferences. This personal touch makes the decision-making process easier.

From cocktail gowns by Rakesh Agarwal, Neha Agarwal, Nikhil Thampi, to other designers like Taika by Poonam Bhagat , Kaballah, Varun n Nidhika, Wendel Rodricks, Shraddha n Mayank, Vasavi Shah, Bon Bibi, Lachesis, there is something for everyone here, with a starting range of Rs 4ooo.

ALMARI

Looking for the young and gen next designers, then this is the place to be. It’s a young, fun and contemporary store, offering its customers an eclectic mix of merchandise which includes Indian wear, western wear, textiles and accessories. Almari works with designers like Archana Rao, Shift by Nimish Shah, Masaba Gupta, Guapa, Divya Reddy, and Prerto along with established labels like Anupama Dayal.

Their western wear ranges from Rs 1500 to Rs 20,000, accessories from Rs 900 to Rs 10,000 and Indian wear from Rs 1500 to Rs 40,000. Almari is a store perfect for women in their 20’s and 30’s, with options for every occasion and celebration.

OORJA

Look no further if you want some daily wear without burning a hole in your pocket. A huge variety of tunics, full suits in summer fabrics, linens, cottons, muls. Again, one of the really old stores with a fabulous collection.
